Cricketer RP Singh tied the knot with Devanshi Popat in Ahmedabad on Friday. His cricketer friend Suresh Raina, posted a picture of the newlywed couple online, even though he could not make it to the wedding. Raina is playing the Ranji tournament in Kanpur, and will be attending RP’s reception in Lucknow on December 4. However, it’s unlikely that any cricketer from the Indian team will be able to make it to the party because the third Test match with England commences on the 5th in Kolkata. UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, and other VIPs from the city’s political circuit are expected to attend the reception on December 4.
